One for the rare coffee drinker
Looks can be deceiving. This machine looks great on the bench, but if you are a serious coffee connoisseur I'd probably recommend you give this a miss. I bought this when my trusty machine carked it. I was taken in by the look, and when I got it, I was seriously disappointed, but really, you get what you pay for. The steam frother is more of a bubbler, and once I worked out the hose actually did the job...well, ew..how would you keep it from going mouldy inside? Nevertheless, the coffee is not bad, the grinder is handy, and despite the long steam cycle, once you work out the hose, the end result is a creamy-looking cappucino. If you only drink a cappucino once a week or less often, then this machine is quite passable, plus it looks pretty impressive on the bench.

Save Your Money And Buy Something Decent
It looks good, an all in coffee machine, but looks are decieving.
It does not get hot enough to extract a decent espresso.
Tthe milk frother doesnt get the milk hot enough the first pass, you have to wait untill it heats up again and continue frothing, keep in mind this is for a single cup. The hose feature they mention is ridiculous.
The only good thing about this is the bur grinder, you will be able to grind to a powder with it if you wish, albeit you have to undo 2 screws to fine tune your adjustments.
Do yourself a favour, save your money for a decent coffee machine and grinder, because this just isnt up to par. For a good quality coffee you need a good quailty machine, please dont skimp out and buy this, it will ruin your coffee experience.

Eurolab coffee machine waste of money
The only thing that works on the machine is the grinder. regular cups do not fit and the milk steam pipe is too small and can not froth milk despite claims it does. Coffee is like water and does not stop when dispensing the coffee. Unit does NOT work as per the video instruction. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

Good simple coffee machine
Posted October 7, 2011
I bought this on special some time ago for $50 and for the money it has been fantastic value. The grinder is so convenient and it expresses a great cup with lots of crema. The frother is next to useless (my friend who is a barista says lots of home machines don't have enough pressure to froth milk well), however I usually have black coffees, and when I do want milk I use one of the battery-operated frothers.

EUROLAB SEMI AUTOMATIC EXPRESSO & CAPACCINO
Well this machine is a new and improved modle onlythe instructions that came with this machine are incorrect....as far as the milk frothing, what you are ment to do is have a seperate jug of room tempretur milk along side the machine, where the Steam duct is disconect the hose that is on the upper top of where the other end of the hose is and place this end into the milk jug...once the coffee has pourd into the cup press the coffee button to stop, coffee should be about 1inch hight from bottom of cup then press the steam button and wait untill the coffee button lights up, place cup under the steam nossle about 4cm from coffee level in cup and turn the steam knob to full, now what happens is the milk gets sucked up and heated threw the steam nossle and gets frothed at the same time you can also emurse the steam nossle deeper into the coffee as this gets it realy hot and incorporating an up and down motion dose the trick and you have a nice hot capaccino...keep in mind that the instruction booklet is correct only it has a page missing, you can also make, Flat white, straight black, even Hot chocolate. For flat white fill the cup about 3 to 5 cm from the top have the milk ready turn on steam imersing the cuo as far as you can this will add milk and make a hot cup of coffee. for Hot chocolate place desired amount of chocolate in cup, do not place any coffee in the funnel bracket, but place the bracket in place left to right, press the coffee button and clean hot water will flow through, fill to about an inch full then press coffee button to stop, and with spoon mix up well then follow the steaming process makeing sure you have plenty of milk in jug...the only set back is the steam duct....it could slide out allot more for better access. Trial and error in the begining but after 2 or 3 attempts you have it down pat.

You get what you pay for, nothing more nothing les
After reading such glowing reviews I thought I would give this machine a chance before I splashed out on a more costly model. If you like a decent brew then this machine isn't for you. The steam function is pathetic and hardly heats the milk up before it runs out of steam and you have to wait until it has enough pressure to give it another shot, so you wont get a nice thick crema out of this machine at all. I tried a few different types of milk with the same poor result, just bubbly foam not the thick creamy milk you get from a cafe coffee. Everyones tastebuds vary in how you like your coffee of course, but this machine doesnt do it for me. I didnt however get the plastic taste others have commented on, but that may have been because I washed everything before I used it. The grinder function worked well, the instructions were easy enough to follow so I'm not sure why others had a hard time understanding them. My biggest gripe is the steam/milk frother but as an overall machine it is worth the $80 you pay for it but dont expect a cafe quality coffee.

Very happy with this machine
This coffee machine is great - really easy to use and makes a really good strong cup (even when using two cups). Although it doesn't come with a milk jug, I had one from a previous machine so this was not an inconvenience. Quite a large machine so takes up a bit of bench space, but overall, really happy with it.

cafe coffee
This machine makes a nice cup of cafe style coffee however does have some minor inconviencies.
1. slow to heat up
2. starts to reheat during the pouring cycle of the coffee
3. requires a small jug under the pourer as it often only comes out one spout.
apart from that this is value for money and makes a really enjoyable tasting coffee

a coffee shop owner's view
I have had this machine nearly two years and used it at least twice a day for at least two cups each time. It's still good!!! This machine produces beautiful coffee with rich aroma and cream even better than the coffee made by those cost you thousands of dollars. I am using Vittoria grounds from wollys since the grinder on it doesn't get the fineness (think the new batch come with a better grinder, mine was bought two years ago).

Value for money
I ordered this product even after reading the mixed reviews and i am happy about my purchase. Not only is it value for money but it makes an amazing cup of coffee. Im a trained barista and in my opinion this machine is an excellent choice for in the home or workplace. Personally i think that some people are expecting too much from it, afterall you cant expect a $99 machine to make coffee as well as you would a commercial machine that can be worth thousands of dollars. Even though it takes a bit to figure out how everything works (and the instruction manuel is not much help) i would recommend this machine to others. Its totally worth the $99! :)

Great Item
I bought this to use in my waxing and nail salon. All in all a great machine. especiall for the price. When I forst read the manual I groaned and thought I would need a uni degree to work out how to use it but onece I used it the first time it was easy from then on. Produces a lovely cuppachino and latte. It arrived quickly and only cost $9.95 deliery. It was a cheap machine that produces a great cup of coffee the quality of which is determined by the type of beans you use. The built in Grinder is a great bonus too as it is one less ontraption I need in my small kitchenette. Love it :) Thanks DD

I ordered this before I read the reviews, The reviews were mixed, but I was worried about the taste of the coffee. I have just made a few cups with it and I think they taste great! It is going to take a little while to get used to the milk steamer and my suggestion to anyone who buys this machine to also go out and buy a small metal jug to steam your milk in. It is giving me a little foam but I wouldn't say that a fault of the machine as I haven't made a cappacino in over 4 years. Practice makes perfect, every machine is different so if you don't get foam straight away, keep practicing!! For a home espresso machine you can't really go wrong with this product. The only fault I could find with it is that the instruction manual is not exactly easy to follow, well it may as well have been written in another language as far as I am concerned. The instructions for the basic set up were relatively straight forward, But when it came to the operation of the machine I threw the manual on the bench and just tried to figure it out on my own! I would definately recommend this product to a friend, great value for money and once again super fast shipping! Thanks Deals Direct!!

Love my coffee!!!
I bought this coffee machine after my first one (different brand) failed. I am so proud of my creamy froth I took a picture! Took me a little while to figure out what to do with the hose in the frother attachment but after some web research I sorted it out, although I use it a little differently; I actually insert the end of the hose 'into' the cold milk pitcher and as it circulates the milk seems to help the frothing process. Almost had a heart attack last week when the frother would not work!! immediately thought "another dudd!" BUT it was not the case! the steam outlet was blocked and all i did was use a toothpick to clear it and all was fine. Needless to say my cappucinno once again! so yes, I am very happy with my purchase!!

I found the quality good but in less than a week the pump in the frother failed and I found the coffee tasted of plastic no matter what I tried to remedy this. Flushing did not work and using also made no difference. Sad to say I would not reccomend this product. Deals Direct was marvelous in my request for a refund though and I would still deal with them as I have done over a long period of time. Other items have been of great quality.

Had my Eurolab a few weeks and the coffee just gets better. It takes some practice to get best results, I use small steel jug for milk frothing and my cappuccino this morning. with chocolate on top, was fantastic. Thanks Deals

Good Value
No it is not a cafe quality machine but it is an excellent value home machine. Grinds the beans, has an excellent pump with plenty of pressure and produces good steam if you follow the cycle. You get out of it what you put in. Good beans, the right grind and you should get about a 30ml shot in around 25 to 30 seconds. Practice on the milk frothing and you will get a cafe quality caffeine hit within a week. I now look forward to getting home in the evening for that relaxing cappuccino.

gr8 coffee
I bought this for my sons for Xmas & they are ecstatic , they are both BIG coffee drinkers & spent most of xmas night doing that ! Easy to use & they love the cup warmer. It is that good my workmate asked me to purchase one for her (which I have just done).
