Great value for money
We purchased this spa and were very impressed with the quick delivery. Spa was easy to set up and easy to maintain. absolutely love it and enjoy relaxing in it after a long hard day. would recommend this product to anyone wanting a portable spa...cheers

A Great Purchase
The inflatable Spa exceeded my expectations - I did not think that, for the price, it would be as effective as it turns out to be. Easy to set up and operate it is a real pleasure to slip into after a days toil. Not sure about the power use as yet but a home made solar system (running the spa through a coiled garden hose via an old aquarium pump and inline filter connected with hose hold fittings) proves effective on sunny days. Also in the proccess of running this system via an old water cylinder heated by an old wood fire box - pumped in and gravity feeds back into the spa.........luxury!

A really wonderful purchase.
This spa is worth every cent. I am disabled with a very bad back and I managed to get it up and going by myself although my son had to move the filter. It has given me excellent relief and I have no problem getting in and out. The strength of the massage bubbles(?) is really surprising and I have found that it doesn't take as long to heat up for me as some people have experienced. My one very little 'critique' is that there is no info about what to actually put in the spa as far as chemicals etc. go so after going to about 5 "spa shops", all giving different advice & internet info- ugh! I think perhaps a basic info sheet on where to startwould be a big help to people who have never had a pool or spa before. I have 2 over 6 feet tall sons who can both fit in it with plenty of room to spare. Thankyou D.D. A real winner for my family. 3 of my friends have been so impressed by mine that they have all also bought one each and are just as pleased as I am..

Great spa, dodgy pumps (DD replaced faulty one)
Have had our spa for over a year now.. Its pretty awesome..
BUT:
First Pump failed in first 6 months, replaced by DD with no question.

Second pump failed (stuck electrical relay) in less than 24 hours operation.
Luckily an pump tech friend was able to get the replacement pump working again..
If the pumps hold out, they are a great unit. (DD replaced ours with no questions). And be prepared for a decent electricity bill (we run ours on heat/filter for the weekends, and not during the week, which also extends the life of the impeller)
Please be aware they require regular chlorine and spa cleaner and filters need to be changed regularly (we have several we swap out, put the used one in a bucket with chlorine in it to soak for a few days and reuse over and over, this works well).
Get a pool test kit to test your pH and chlorine levels.
The impeller for the pump wears out over time and starts making a wearing noise.. (they are just a fish tank pump and a kettle type element for heating). This is EXPECTED (no impeller will last forever) If your unit was out of warranty, you can replace the worn impeller with a replacement Aqua One (aquarium) impeller. This would need to be done by someone qualified or with a good knowledge of pumps.
Also, dont get caught by your council with this spa in the back yard without a pool fence (as it has a mechanical pump/over 15cm deep, it needs a pool fence I believe). We have ours behind a locked door, under a portable gazebo in our shed!

We Absulutely Love Our Spa
We purchased our Spa just before Christmas and it has been the Best Buy we have ever purchased. Delivery time was Excellent and our Spa was inflated and we were using it in no time at all.
It did take a little time to heat up maybe 24 hours but now we keep it at a reasonable temperature and heat it up when we know we will be using it.
I would say that you can fit 2 Adults comfortably or 4 Adults at a push,
the massage jets are great and as we have previously owned a very expensive spa we were very impressed with the jets.
Overall we absolutely love the spa and would definetly recommend!!

back in action
We bought one of these to use with the kids when they were little and felt the cold....we all used it in summer of 09/10...and it was great...easy to use and maintain....we packed it away and didn't use it the following summer...got it out this summer (11/12 ) and the pump/heater was broken...a pipe inside had broken somehow and the water was gushing out of the bottome of the unit......after a few calls to customer service ....a whole new unit appeared!! I am so happy with the service as prior to the replacement, I wasn't happy to find that my $600 investment had only lasted a couple of months ....THANK YOU DEALS DIRECT!!!! I haven't set it up as yet..so I am assuming all will be good....mmmm looking forward to relaxing times ahead!

Fast, Easy Spa
We bought this spa about a week ago and put it up tonight. Its so simple to se up, my 15 year old did most of it himself! We are filling it now and will be soaking up the relaxing bubbles tomorrow.
Have been back into Deals and purchased a coulpe of extra filters (great to be able to buy accessories so cheap!). Thank you Deals Direct for a GREAT bargain and for such fast service

Absolutely brilliant !
We recently purchased the Bestway 4 person spa, and we are delighted.
It arrived in 3 days, and with easy to follow instructions & dvd was assembled with little effort in under an hour. There is plenty of room to stretch out and the bubbling action is quite powerful and very relaxing.
It is simple to operate and maintain,and is great value!! We would recommend this to anyone needing a reasonably priced, portable spa.

I brought a 4 seater spa it lasted just over 12 months so I then brought the 6 seater spa and have had nothing but problems with the heater.The heater was replaced on the 11/11/11 and it worked once so be ware

great purchase
ive had the lazy spa for a week now and the water is going a bit green,i was wondering if its ok to use dry acid in it.Otherwise im loving it and it only took 4 days for delivery very quick.

You need to chlorinate your spa.. It will go green if you dont..
About 60mls chlorine/bromide to super dose it (dont swim in it for a day) then about 15mls ever week or so.. (Bunnings)
Get a floater and put 2 chlorine/bromide tablets in it. (Bunnings)
Get a pool test kit to test your pH and chlorine levels.
Have some spa algae cleaner on hand (throw a little in, like 20 mls, every week or so) (Bunnings)
And make sure you change the filter and clean it ever 2 weeks.. (we have several we rotate through the spa, putting the "dirty" ones in a bucket of chlorinated water to soak clean)..
Dont EVER swim in a green spa, you may get bacterial infections on your skin..

I purchased a 4 person spa, which worked fine for a week until the pump started screaming "I'm gorn, I'm gorn"...I repoted this to DD, and in return I had a replacement pump within 48hrs....fantastic, great job Deals Direct, I am constantly recommending both you and the Spa.
