absolutely love it - my daughter never drank water from the tap - now with this unit she drinks alot of water. Whats even better is the fact that you need to change the filter only every 6 months not every 1 or 2 months like other brands. Simply plug it in, condition the filter (flush using 2 tanks), let the water chill (you don't need to wait if you want room temp water), then your ready, its that simple.
