Save your money
I have only used it 3 times and was very disappointed. I was lucky that I only wasted $60 and did not buy an expensive one.
Cons: leaks through the water container, does not get that hot. Pads do not last long, I wore a hole after three uses.
Pros: great for your back, handle is long.
I'm back to the old mop and bucket. Seems to do a better job.

Machine not that good
I have polished hardwood floors throughout my house.
Machine leaves floors wet and streaky. You need an extension cord or you are always stopping and plugging it into another outlet. You have to hold the cord tightly or it gets in the way of the mop head. Machine leaks when lowering handle to clean under furniture. Pads too thin and don't wash clean.
I would not recommend this machine, it is nowhere near as good as my previous machine.

Fantastic .... BUT
I love this mop it is just fantastic on my slate floors BUT..... I cannot get replacement pads. On a normal wood or tile floor I am sure the pads would last but on stone or slate you only get a few uses. Otherwise this mop is terrific.

good purchase
I found the steamer to work really well, as good as my mums one which is 3 times the price. Its great how you can control the amount of steam that cames out to. My floors dry alot quicker to. I would of liked the pad to be abit thicker, as it would last longer. Over all I feel its great for the price

I have polished hardwood floors throughout my home, and I am a little disappointed with my machine. It leaves my floors wet, and smeary.
