very let down
we bought this heater last winter for our bathroom from DD and have been very disappointed in it (only used it half a dozen times and removed it from wall). Takes FOREVER to warm up and blows freezing cold air in the meantime! I would not recommend it - too slow to get a result.

Great Item
I purchased two of these heaters. One for the home and one for my new little shop I am opening and they are fantastic value for money. They are quick to wam the room and easy to install and use I would reccomend them. Deals Direct delivered them within 4 days of ordering them. I ordered them on a Thursday and they arrived the following Wednesday. Very Happy

No more freezing in the shower
Happy wife, happy life! Heater arrived yesterday and was on the wall in 10 minutes. Wife is overjoyed after showering in a warm bathroom. Much better than a heat light, which only warms the top of your head and shoulders.
Unit heats up quite quickly and bright LEDs tell you what setting you're on at a glance. Settings cycle through Fan/1000watt/2000watt/Oscillation by pressing one button. Wife likes it set at 2,000 watts. Me, I'm happily warm at 1,000 watts, remembering it's like having 10 x 100 watt light bulbs switched on! With this high-octane power usage, I wouldn't recommend it for rooms that need heating for long periods.
Using the timer sets unit on in 30 minute increments up to 4 hours. (OK if someone else is paying the electric bill.)
Fan is a little bit noisy, but not annoyingly so. Only one quirk; after switching off, the unit continues to run for about 20secs. Must be a safety cooling off period.
You'll need wallmates if you intend to fix it to plasterboard. Supplied screws fit the 8mm size.
