Great Purchase
A great time saving devise the cat loves it. The only complaint I have is the Charger doesn't work so now the Robo is sitting waitng for a replacement charger.

The vacuum can't clean well on my carpet and the battery charger is already gone, need a new one.

Love Bob
I love my robotic (Bob) vacumm cleaner. I let him run around the house in the morning before I go to work, and again when I come home. I have used him solid for the last two weeks without any dramas. Bob does occassionaly get stuck on the deep shag rug that I have in the dining room, but for sake of not having to do the job myself, I am happy. He 's happy to go from carpet to tiles to timber floor. He's easy to empty out and after running around the house his tray is full, so I know he is cleaning.
My cat is not at all fazed by him, but hides from normal vacumm cleaners.
Overall I am really glad I bought him, he's great for spot cleans too.

My new boyfriend
I have never loved an appliance this much. I could vacuum my carpets every day but now I do it once a week and "Robbie" my Robotic Vacuum does it for me in between. He just wanders around picking up fluff and dust and then when he is tired (his battery is running down) he finds his way back to his charger and docks himself to recharge! He works well on my tiles and carpets, just one thick rug he doesn't like. The space limiter works great at the top of the stairs when I send him there to clean, so he doesn't fall down. I was surprised how well he sucks things up, for a compact unit. The remote control is a bonus if you have kids because they think it is great fun to steer him towards dirt and little do they know but they are actually cleaning the house for you.
All in all I have been very surprised about how good this thing works!

NOT BAD FOR THIS PRICE BUT ADAPTOR FAIL ON ME AFTER 1 WEEK.HAVE TO WAIT FOR REPLACEMENT TIME DATE TBA.SO NO VACUUM CLEANER UNTILL NEW ADAPTOR ARRIVE.

Dissapointed
Used it for a month or so a couple of times a week in a 3 bedroom house.
Not once has he found his way back to the dock by himself
He will not vac dark colors and having a black mat (very short pile) taking up most of the lounge room means we have to roll it up every time to use him and vac it manually. (Its says this in the instruction manual but they didn't advertise that bit) He also does not like shag pile rugs which you can understand so these have to be picked up also and vac'ed manually.
He gets stuck in one particular room all the time and runs out of battery in there so we have to close the door and vac it manually.
We only have a small 3 bedroom house but still he does not make it to every room in one run.
He has to be emptied after each run which at least means it is picking up a lot of dirt off the floor.
The actually cleaning it does is good but he does miss lots of sections in each room.
He bumps into stuff quite hard.
If I had my time again I would spend more money to hopefully get something that works better.

My Best Purchase Ever
I am so happy with this purchase. I have always wanted one of these, but had been told not to buy the 'cheap version', as it would not do the job, and there was just no way I was going to spend big money on one. After speaking with someone else who owns 'a cheaper version', they could not stop raving about how great it is. I bought this one that same week after receiving a Deals Direct newsletter, and could not be happier. I have programmed "Gizmo" to do my floors every morning after I leave for work, and when I get home my floors are clean. No more annoying crumbs to sweep up from the kitchen floor, my lounge room rug always looks clean, and surprisingly it can even get into my bathroom and toilet which has a 12mm lip with the tiling. I have carpeted bedrooms, a tiled bath and toilet and the rest of the house has wooden floor boards. This product does the lot with ease. I have not used the mop part of this product yet, and don't really plan to. I am just happy with having clean floors 7 days a week (even with 2 young kids), without having to get my big vacuum cleaner out from the cupboard everyday. Fantastic product and have already recommended it to all my friends.

Love this!!
My floors have never been so clean! It takes a couple of times before it figures out where everything is but by the 3rd go it was cleaning like a champion! I would be lost without it now.

urolab robotic vacum
great product, fast delivery, value for money have allready recomended to a friend. This will be very handy for my wife and myself as we both have bad backs and find this job quite difficult, Easy as now.

Eurolab malfunction
My Eurolab is about 6 months old and has begun to malfunction. It starts to go and after about 20 seconds starts to run round in a circle as though it is stuck against something, beep and message there is an error. I have cleaned it several times but it still is malfunctioning. It seems like it needs to be reprogrammed or reset somehow. Anyone got any suggestions.

excellent value for money
very happy with the amount of hair and dirt it picks up. Just seems to get caught up in the same things over and over. Will just have to move them before it starts. Still cleans very well tho.

don't know what Id do without it now!!!
With two kids under two years im forever sweeping etc....
This product allows me to switch it on, leave the house and come home to a dustfree clean floor!
I put it on whilst arsenic hour is happening - the bubs sit on couch with some books/tv/toys and watch the vacumes lightshow whilst i can get dinner done.... a BIG help...we have called our "Sadie" (the cleaning lady!)

not the best
I was impressed with the service I received the delivery was excellent got the item within a couple of days of ordering. Not impressed with the product it didn't work and I had to send it back.

Unexplained Bits and Pieces
I do not know the full potential of the product because the manual is unclear. There is some device included which requires batteries. It fails to switch on and I don't know what in the blazes it is for.
So far the cleaner works, but Gee the manual is useless and involves me trying to get the thing to work through intuition. I swear that as technology improves user manuals become more confusing. Who writes them?
Overall, the device is more of a toy than a serious vacuum cleaner. For serious housework I will stick to my powerful Dyson.

Great for first starter
Robot Vac works great on tiles. Has trouble cleaning floor when rug is on the ground. Sometimes has trouble finding its way back to charger and is often stoped in middle of room when returning home from having it on. Picks up pet hair with ease. Love coming home from the shops or work and having a clean floor thanks to the robot vac. Have sent the link to lots of friends who are now looking to purchase one. Will purchase a more expensive/ better quality product when this one stops working but until them it works fine. Great value for money

Can someone tell me how this cleaner is supposed to mop. I'm quite happy with the way it vacuums. The setting of times etc seem like you have to be a rocket scientist to work it out, so I have just manually turned it on. The intructions do not include any explanation on the mopping though.

Delivered promptly in good working condition.
Works as advertised.
Only negative is that it gets caught out on the base of bar stools, or gets out of range of docking station fairly frequently, and just stops and beeps letting you know to come and rescue it, so really cannot run unattended. Otherwise works well, as long as you 'rescue' it and set it off again during the cycle, and about 1 out of 3 times you have to return it to the docking station manually.

You Can Live Without One - Impressive To Own
For an interesting object in your lounge room, i'd recommend purchasing the robotic vacuum cleane. I do enjoy it as more of a fun accessory than an essential. It works very well and quality wise, it is made well and sturdy. It is impressive and fun to operate.
