The batteries are not replaceable for safety reasons. If a battery cover was inadvertently not properly secured and a baby swallowed a battery the consequences can be fatal.
The Batteries used are designed to last 10,000 repetitions.
Should the battery fail before this time please contact 02 9894 1855 and a replacement will be sent.

Bad design!!
This product was perfect until the betteries ran put, my daughter was upset! YOU CANT REPLACE BATTERIES in this.. absolutely ridiculous.. why have a product with batteries that you cant replace!? the batteries last approx 1 month with use daily..
Absolute waste of money she wont lie under it now as it wont make music...

Great product
Washable, easy to attached toys and can be used in 3 position. No need to buy a tummy mat! Love it!

the best product :)
this is the best play mat i have bought and my baby girl love this coz she like the musical and the toys . every mum should buy one it is the best and i'm very happy with it :)

A++ Purchase
I love this playmat overall. It entertains my 3 month old for ages, she can pull on the plush bird to play 2 little songs and loves the rattle. Its easy to carry it just pops over the shoulder, would recomend this to anyone. Great price, great quality :)
