Not Bad
I suppose for the money it cost, it was ok. It is made pretty cheaply though. The filter that comes with it is scary though, we threw it out. I can't see it lasting very long. The buttons for the water are a bit dodgy too.

Good product does the job very hard to find replacement filters have managed to find one sydney store that sells them TRU WATER FILTERS can buy is 3, 6 and 12 packs reasonably priced to, DD seems to be sold out always.

filtered water anyone???
this is a great item. have had no problems with it (other than needing filters) very easy to use and with 3 kids our is used heaps. filters for this can be ordered through tru blue filters sydney. just google the brand to get replacements as DD never has any.

Product ok
Purchased one of these awhile back and found it to be an ok product but the build quality is not so good. Had a few issues with the buttons. Also it took us awhile to find replacement filters as it seems everyone is out of stock. In the end we purchased some from Tru Water Filters as they seem to stock the replacements needed for this unit.

Poor quality
Appliance barely lasted one year. First problem was the push down buttons to release the water-one snapped off and took weeks to be replaced. Not too much later bits of white plastic were seen floating in the flitered water and continued even after total washing of the product. Not worth the money or trouble.

DIGILEX WATER FILTER
A GREAT PURCHASE, WE ALL LOVE THE FRESH TASTE OF THE WATER. I BROUGHT HOMEMAKER BRAND FILTERS 3 PACK FROM KMART, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE BLUE THEY FIT AND WORK WELL, THEY ARE ABOUT $ 20 BUT LAST ABOUT THREE MONTHS EACH.

Buyer Beware!
Buyer beware - the water filters are not available ANYWHERE. I purchased this item last November and have not been able to replace the filters - waste of money!

NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS AVAILABLE
Unit works well enough.. It's a one off though and you will not be supplied with any replacement filters at all!!

Great Product
This is a great product, perfect for hubby and I , and big enough for when we have family to visit, just as effective ( if not better) then more expensive brands , great value , we love it ,

greatest thing I could have bought. Now it is getting hot, to just be able to get cold water at the press of a lever is wonderful. Dont have a big fridge so before this it was just tap water and in Broken Hill thats not particularly nice.

Very good benchtop filter for the price, however the taps break very easily, just plastic with an aluminum pin.
Exchanged once and same thing happened to cold tap about 3 months into use. Still using as filter with 1 tap.

Great concept. Kept the water cool, which we all enjoyed. We found that the water dispensor levers/buttons did not last long and broke with continual use. If it wasn't for that we would have given this product a higher rating
