Food Dehydrator
I don't know what more expensive brands are like but this one is terrific.
My Grand Daughter eats my dehydrated apples but not the the shop variety. Works really well on fruit and veg.

Excellent dehydrator for the price...If you are new to dehydrating like I am this is the best and cheapest way to learn...it works very well and if I need to go on to a larger type later on this will have served a very useful learning tool.

Great Buy! I make dried tomato chips for snacks at work and after handing around to colleages there is never any left for me. Cannot wait to try mango!

we live in the north where fruit & veg is to expensive to just throw away so this item has given us the fantastic use of drying the fruit to use in our ice cream, cereal or just as something light to snack on. No more wasting food.

Great product, simple to use and does some great recipes. I use it for bananas, mango, apples, tomatoes (fabulous on steak) and even make beef jerky. Perfect for the job, quiet, easy to clean (layers seem OK in the dishwasher) and packs away easily when not in use. A 5 star product, my sister has since purchased one too.

This is really good! So far I have only made sweet potato chips which were really nice but I loved them so much I haven't stopped making sweet potato chips! They make a really nice healthy preservative free snack!

awesome bit of kit.... mainly do beef jerky in it. Everyone that has tried the jerky says they want more! I have even had offers of sales for as much as I can make... Shelves wash in the dishwasher just fine. Also use a spray canola on the trays before using, they wash heaps easier.

We bought this as a present for my father-in-law and he just loves it! He has made all sorts of dried foods including - pineapples, apples, tomatoes, kiwi, pear and my favourite bananas. They all turned out amazingly delicious and so easy to do. Very happy with our purchase.

What a great product - bought in July 2008 and going well in April 2009. We have dried pineapple pieces (fresh pineapple), banana chips, tomato slices and wedges etc. We use the dried pineapple and tomatoes in salads and home made pizza and banana chips as a snack - excellent
